Terms of Service

By engaging Kailoh Interiors Design Studio for interior design and execution services, you agree to these terms. All project engagements are governed by a separate written project agreement signed prior to commencement of design work.

All design concepts, drawings, 3D renders, and intellectual property created by Kailoh Interiors remain the property of Kailoh Interiors until full payment is received. Upon final payment, the client receives a licence to use the completed designs for their personal property.

Payment schedules are outlined in each project agreement and typically follow milestone-based disbursements. Delays in payment may result in corresponding delays to project timelines.

Kailoh Interiors provides a workmanship warranty on all executed work as specified in the project agreement, typically 1 year for civil work and as per manufacturer warranty for hardware and fittings.
