The Challenge
Three generations of one family were moving in together, and needed a layout that gave grandparents, parents, and kids each their own privacy while still sharing a proper common kitchen and living area.
Our Approach
We split the villa into a quieter ground-floor wing for the grandparents near the garden, and a livelier upper floor for the rest of the family, anchored by one large shared kitchen and dining space built for a full house.
The Result
A home where every generation says they have their own space, but the family still eats together every single day — exactly the balance they asked for at the start of the project.
