The Challenge
A busy tech-executive couple wanted a home that felt like a break from work, not an extension of it — but the villa's original interiors leaned cold and showroom-like, with hard surfaces everywhere and no warmth.
Our Approach
We grounded every room in natural materials — white oak flooring, matte plaster walls, aged brass fixtures — and planned the bedroom wing around morning light, keeping technology and clutter tucked out of sight.
The Result
A calm, materially rich home where the couple says they now actually switch off in the evenings — the kind of villa that reads as lived-in and personal rather than staged.
