The Challenge
A fast-growing company had outgrown its cubicle-heavy office, which no longer reflected the brand or gave teams room to collaborate — attrition interviews kept flagging the workspace itself as a pain point.
Our Approach
We replaced the cubicle grid with a mix of open collaborative zones, acoustic phone booths, and a proper reception that reflects the brand, adding greenery throughout for a biophilic, calmer feel.
The Result
A workspace the leadership team says has directly improved how people feel about coming into the office, with meeting-room utilisation and informal collaboration both up since the move.
